 Turnkey Implementations

 SAP Upgrade Projects

bigtec has experience and well equipped team that has carried out version upgrades in SAP R/3 3.1X and 4.0B to 4.6C and 4.7 in many of customers places. These include technical upgrade and functional upgrade.

 SAP Usage Audits/Quality Audits

bigtec has experience in SAP Usage Audits for SAP customers. These Usage Audits are post-implementation studies of the effectiveness of the usage of R/3 sites. These Usage Audits are aimed at removing obstacles, recommending remedial measures and facilitating the effective use of R/3 at customer sites.

bigtec conducts Quality Audits on implementation and compliance to quality and regulatory standards specific to industry during and after implementation of SAP R/3.

Bigtec’s consultants have many man-years experience in managing SAP projects across multiple industry segments. bigtec consultants are well versed in effectively using SAP’s ASAP Implementation methodology.

 SAP Remote Support

bigtec has a dedicated Customer Support Centre(CRC) providing remote SAP R/3 support to its clients located in India and abroad. It employs Call tracking software to effectively track and monitor issues. bigtec consultants at CRC remotely logon to the client’s SAP R/3 system to address the reported problems.

Remote support significantly reduces consultant travel time and is cost-effective for the customer apart from providing faster solutions to most problems reported.

Bigtec with its well established support centre has been successfully providing support to few of its clients. bigtec aims to significantly expand its remote support customer base in the new fiscal.

 Corporate End - User Training

bigtec is involved in conducting training at Sapient Colleges, and at the Knowledge Services Division of SAP India and at SAP Labs India. Teaching at these regular Courses in various modules and special courses featured by SAP for initial customer exposure, are all part of their forte.

bigtec also participate in teaching an ERP-related elective at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM-B), Bangalore.

 SAP Customer “Rescues”

Rescues essentially mean repair and rectification of incomplete or failed SAP implementations.

bigtec undertakes SAP Customer Rescues wherein we identify reasons for failure and rectify to make the site functional on SAP. Since bigtec consultants have many man years of experience in implementing SAP projects across industry segments, bigtec consultants are able to identify the pain areas and provide quick and effective solutions.
